When a young family says they want to embrace the bungalow culture of The Heights with an eye back to their east coast roots, it makes for some interesting design conversations.  This home has elements of farmhouse, craftsman, and some contemporary aspects as well. Its atypical floor plan creates some fun indoor-outdoor connections not typically seen on an urban infill lot.  We love how the exterior spaces sit on the east side of the home and celebrate the trees.
